Frequently Asked Questions

Our program is based on a first come first served basis and our swim lessons are on an ongoing basis. Availability for the upcoming session is posted a week before its start if there are any slots available. The best way to register is to send us an email with your inquiry. Our team members will email you with availability within 12 hours. 

Our private lessons are 30 min long. Our Sessions run for 4 consecutive weeks.

Our primary location is Piney Branch Pool in Takoma Park Maryland. All the lessons you are booking are conducted from 4 pm to 7:30 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 12:30 pm on Saturdays at the same location at 7510 Maple Ave, Takoma Park MD 20912. The entrance to the pool is on the left side of the Piney Branch Elementary School.

Yes. You can re-book your same slot, day, and time with your favorite coach for another session and you can keep it until you decide that you have achieved your goals. We do not give your slot away to other clients unless you notify us through an email you will be discontinuing your lessons

After completing lesson # 3 from your current session, we will send you an email with a payment link for the next session and you will be able to register and continue learning.

We do not have free trial lessons. Our package consists of 4 consecutive lessons and if you decide on the first lesson that our program will not be a good match for you, we charge you for the first lesson a fee of $85 and refund the rest.

Yes. You have 1 makeup lesson available per package of 4 only if you notify us via email 24 hours prior to your appointment. We send available times within the timeframe of your session to schedule an additional lesson, so you can complete it on time before the end of your current session.

Yes. We will prorate your registration tuition for the current session based on a $75 per lesson fee.

The lessons are scheduled for once a week for the same time and day with the same coach for 4 consecutive weeks.

Your entry to the pool is covered as long as you are coming into the facility just for your lesson. Swimming before or after the lesson can be done only after you register with the pool office and purchase a pool pass or membership card.

 Please bring a swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a swim cap or hair tie (for swimmers with long hair). Swimmers who are not potty-trained are required to wear a reusable swim diaper.
